Terms of Use

In short: Ride or Die is free to download and use. An optional Family Membership subscription ($1.99/month, auto-renewing) unlocks exclusive content. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Ride or Die (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Niki Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Family Membership Subscription

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Family Membership.

Price: $1.99 per month
Billing period: Monthly (1 month)
What’s included: Exclusive Trivia Packs, Iconic Moments, custom app icons, animated Family badge, Family Tree profile, streak savers, and early drop alerts
Free trial: None currently offered
Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
Price changes: We will notify you of any price change in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance

Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

3. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to distribute spam or malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The App’s original code, design, and content created by Niki Labs are our property. Third-party content displayed in the App (including movie data and images) is sourced through licensed APIs and remains the property of its respective owners. See our Privacy Policy for details on third-party services used.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niki Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Niki Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
